Dominique Jordan Turner is the first in her family to graduate not only from college but also from high school. She earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Clark Atlanta University and an MBA from Marquette University. After leaving the corporate world, Turner led numerous nonprofit organizations before becoming CEO of Chicago Scholars, which runs a seven-year program helping students from under-resourced communities enroll in college, graduate from college, and transition into a career. She has been recognized numerous times for her contributions to the community. Turner is also the founder and face of Speak On It, a weekly video blog focusing on success and what she calls the 'art of winning.'
