Before becoming a chef, Jacqueline King Schiller was a fashion model. While living in Milan, she learned about the benefits of healthy eating. She then switched careers and graduated from the Professional Chef Program at the Natural Gourmet Institute and the Professional Plant-based Cooking Course from Rouxbe Cooking School. King Schiller and her actress friend Abbie Cornish are the bloggers behind The Feel Good Kitchen and co-wrote The Pescan: The Feel Good Kitchen Book.
