Namrata Yadav grew up in India and says she learned about the U.S. from TV shows like Oprah and Friends. After receiving her master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Illinois Institute of Technology, she decided to “cold call” Bank of America and she’s been there ever since. She currently leads the bank’s company-wide initiative to upskill and reskill our communities and has been a strong advocate for cultural acceptance, diversity and inclusion among its employees.
