Natalie Shmulik's fascination with all things food started with a college course. After later earning an M.L.A. in Gastronomy from Boston University, she opened her own restaurant in Toronto.Shmulik was then hired as a specialty consultant for one of Ontario’s largest supermarket chains, where she enhanced consumer experiences through educational initiatives. After discovering her passion for innovation,Shmulik was brought on as a brand strategist for the first cold brew tea company and later moved to Chicago to help run a food incubator. She went on to head The Hatchery, one of the largest food incubators in the country.
