Cabaret singer KT McCammond explains how music became her ''home''
Posted: January 4, 2019, 3:08PMKT McCammond is a Cabaret singer in Chicago, where she has performed at the Chicago Auditorium Theater Summer Cabaret series, and at famous venues such as: The Jazz Showcase, The Green Mill and Park West. In 2005 she was awarded the Chicago After Dark Award for “Outstanding Cabaret Artist”. Since the onset of the pandemic, KT has devoted her time to restoring her 1894 farmhouse in suburban Evanston. She plans on moving back to her native Maine to continue her pursuit of a life in music.
