The world of sports has always been Sarah Spain's sweet spot. She was 6 feet tall and very athletic by the time she was 12. She attended Cornell University, where she was a heptathlete and co-captain of the track & field team. After graduating, she pursued classes at Second City, during which she decided to give sports broadcasting a try. Her outspoken nature and willingness to take on larger issues like domestic violence and sexual assault have attracted a wide audience. Spain currently hosts the “Spain and Company” show weeknights on ESPN radio. She is also a writer for espnW.com, host of ESPN’s “That’s What She Said” podcast, a regular panelist on Around The Horn and a SportsCenter reporter.
